Refund policy
We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- We have a 31-day return policy, which means you have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
- To start a return, please contact us at hello@thejewelleryedit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. - You can always reach out to us with any questions at hello@thejewelleryedit.com.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you’re unsure about a specific item, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@thejewelleryedit.com
